The "Grouper Moon Project" is a collaborative conservation program between REEF (reef.org) and the Cayman Islands Department of the Environment. Scientists and volunteers study the Nassau Grouper spawning aggregation off the western tip of Little Cayman Island. The project also includes an educational component funded by the Disney Worldwide Conservation Program.
